HAWE Hydraulik’s hydraulic positioning systems for aircraft seats enable the seat and backrest to be quickly positioned and adjusted, making things easier and more comfortable for seated passengers. The design of the drive has been optimised so as to minimise the weight.

The seat actuating systems are delivered ready to use, meaning the system is filled with oil, tested and ready for action straight away. An emergency function that enables manual positioning and emergency release in the event of a power failure is provided as standard.
