HAWE Hydraulik’s drives for exoskeletons are fully assembled hydraulic systems consisting of a hydraulic power pack, valve block, cylinder, hose line and sensor system. They were developed by HAWE Micro Fluid together with industry and research and can be used for both active and passive exoskeletons.

Exoskeletons improve the quality of life of people with reduced mobility (due to injury, illness or age-related limitations). They can also help to enhance human abilities in different environments. The flexible characteristics of the hydraulics are ideal for supporting a natural pattern of movement for the individual.
